Everyone these days has a colonoscopy. You have to drink a really disgusting drink and undergo some type of procedure that I’m actually not really clear about. In any event, this blog is dedicated to colonoscopy shakes and colons in general. It’s going to be fun!

This is Willie from Tabuka, and I had a very badd
d Colon clean out about three months ago. I
was sitting in my truck about to listen to
Big Tom Uckman on the radio give the local feed
and pork updates, and wham it hit my like a ton
of bricks and I thought I was going to die.
I could have really used the shake at that time
To all my colon cousins around this great
country, one word – Get a Shake.
